FACEBOOK against Labels

Today's Facebook Review is about the Application called American Teen Connections developed by Creative Asylum. This Application comes along with the release of the movie under the same name where the main idea of the script is to encourage connections amongst people based on their personalities and less on perceived labels.

The basic idea of this Facebook Application is that users may think some times that they are a “Geek”, only to find after a personality quiz that they have more in common with “Jocks” than they do with “Geeks”. So basically that would be it.
How do they do it???, well basically this app follows the model of questionnaire where a group of questions has to be answered by the user in order to see which is his results.

Of course to do this Facebook Review I did the quiz and here is the result that I got.

Besides all this well known things I would like to say that the design and usability of the application are very good. I also think the movie follows a good idea that can be of big help to those who have to live under the labels of others... and maybe this Facebook Application will awake some sleeping souls.

My qualification for this new application, opening the field to the coming film, is 3 out of 5.

Facebook Application Review of Coolest Car Plate

Hi my friends, again today as every time I post a Facebook Application Review I thank to you for being there reading This Facebook Blog.

Today's Facebook Review is about the application called Coolest Car Plate. This new application is specially interesting for the ones who are crazy about cars.

Basically this application offers to different things to the Facebook user, the first one is the possibility to customize Car Plates by writing whatever you want on them and send them as gifts to your friends and the other thing that you can do with this application is to browse pictures among a very interesting list of cars and decide which one to buy with the money that you have in the application.

One bad thing is that when you buy a car you receive a message you bought the car, but besides that nothing else happens, so I would suggest maybe adding a tab to this Facebook Application so as to be able to see which cars we own, and maybe see some of the specifications of the model.

Also if we want to make money in order to buy an expensive car we can click on the tab where more money is available, and we will be ask to do something in order to get our US dollars... the problem is that once you made the action requested you have to claim your money... so it's not automatic. Maybe they could replace this by giving us money each time we send a plate to some of our friends so as a way to empower the social network.

So that's pretty much it, my qualification for this Facebook Application is 2.3 out of 5... I think is a great idea but yet has a long way to go in order to provide an interesting/useful application for the Facebook users.

Facebook Application Review of Gadzooku

My Pet's Sudoku on Facebook??

Hi my friends, I know I've been absent some time but now I am back to provide you the Latests Facebook Applications Reviews. So let's get started.
Todays Facebook Review is about the new application called Gadzooku. Gad..... What??, yes... that's exactly what you get when you mix the classical and well known Zudoku you mix it a little bit with colors and cute Pets.

Well basically this Facebook application is a simple Zudoku game with an interesting twist, instead of numbers to be ordered we have some little cute pets which are waiting anxious for their respective place inside the board. There are four different levels easy, medium, hard and Expert. Also we have the option to solve the game automatically just to see how we should have done it.



The design of this Facebook Application is very colorful and fun, and the little pets are very very very cutes. So if you are looking to wash the face of your old Sudoku so as to still play but feeling that something changed for good... this Facebook App is for you.

My qualification for this application is 4 out of 5... I am a big fun of Sudoku and animals and when two passions are melt together the results is just amazing.
